No. 441291) form a mouth-pipetting system, that can be used for the denudation of the oocytes before the microinjection by ICSI and at day one after insemination in normal IVF. Adherent cumulus and corona cells can be removed by repeated gentle aspiration and expiration of the oocytes. Because of the constant inner lumen and the firepolished tips of the pipettes deformation or damage of the eggs is excluded. Pipettes can be ordered with inner diameters of 130 µm, 140 µm, 150 µm, 160 µm and 170 µm. The optimized packing allows a secure, sterile transport and a simple and safe taking out of the pipette.
